This is a great workout. I love the ability to track my progress in real time with the heart monitors. The vibe is good and the coaches bring good energy and encouragement. I especially enjoy Bethany. She’s consistently great.

I love this place! The coaches are outstanding and all of the staff is really friendly. The work out is really tough, but varies each time so it stays fun and isn't redundant. I go 2-3 times a week and I see a noticeable difference in my body and a definite difference in my well being!

If I could rate lower I would. The facility may be nice and the equipment may be equally good, but I am disgusted at the employees, management, and quality of customer service. If you have to cancel a class for an emergency, they charge you 15 dollars. If you miss a class, 12 dollars. They tell you when you sign up that your membership won't start until you purchase a heart monitor (130 dollars) and that you get a free month, but they fail to tell you that if you need or want to cancel your membership for any reason they will call you multiple times, the employees (particularly Courtney) will become verbally aggressive with you, and the management refuses to do anything about it. I just wanted to cancel my membership and now they want me to pay for two months of a membership when I'm still in my free trial and cancelling should have been problem-free, and my friend didn't purchase a heart monitor which ACCORDING TO THEIR EMPLOYEES means that she doesn't have a membership but they want her to pay for two months to cancel too. It's just a rip off. All they want is your money. You're better off at planet fitness.
