Pretty nice gym, friendly staff. The only real club improvements I see needing done are on the machines. The grips on the majority of them are coming off or bunched up. The other thing is attention to detail. All of the equipment needs a good cleaning on most of the visible surfaces. This isn't a big deal, it just requires someone to coach the staff and set the expectation.

Clean facility and friendly staff. I went when it wasn't crowded at all, which worked out well since no one was masked. I had plenty of space and distance to exercise and guests were compliant with disinfecting equipment after usage.

Today April 29 planets fitness worked until 5pm. There were 4 minutes left before closing, and a bearded tall worker of this institution said that the shower was no longer working. I told him two minutes, he said ok. Then exactly at 5pm he started to say something to me and turned off the light in the shower knowing that I was washing there. After that, it was not comfortable for me to dry off and get dressed, because nothing was visible. When I was already dressed, the light was turned on. This kind of behavior is unacceptable!!

Awesome gym. Parked here with my big rig in the back and got a workout. Respectful folks. Clean restroom. Shower warm not hot. Overall a great experience.

They do participate in Silver Sneakers (June, 2018). They are listed on the Silver Sneakers site and are just now working out the logistics. I was told to check back in mid-July, 2018 to join.

Yes they have trainers. You can ask the people at the desk and they will assist you with your needs.
It has Smith machina press and dumbbell weights but no free weight bench press. Yes has hip abduction machines

Thank you for reaching out! Regarding our age policies, members must be over the age of 13 to join or come as a Black Card member's guest! For members aged 13-17, the first time they come into the club, they must have a parent/guardian present to sign the membership agreement to keep in member’s file. Minors that sign up online must have a parent accompany them to sign their waiver at their first visit. Minors 13-14 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at every visit!

From my experience, between around 930am-1pm weekdays. And around 8/830pm-430am weekdays. Weekends vary, I usually go during the week. But when I've gone earlier always seems less crowded.
