Very good breakfast and actually wasn’t to expensive. The customer service was top notch. Only thing I could see to operate better would be communication. It was clean and would recommend eating here. Everything was fresh and tasted good 😊

I'd give zero stars if possible. Awful, awful restaurant. We tried using a coupon but she said they wouldn't accept it until after 10:30 am, though they're equipped to sell that meal at full price before then. I read the fine print and it never mentioned that. They're closing time is listed at 10:00 PM, we showed up shortly after 9:00 PM and they were closed. We tried, again, tonight but this time at 8:00 PM and closed, again, there seems to be no rhyme or reason for this. They've been known to close early without management approval in the past. The food and service is mediocre at best and considering the prices, you're better off heading somewhere else.

Two years ago I gave 3 stars and no comment. It was that unremarkable. Today the "shake" was runny like a slushy. The order was wrong and someone in the back was treating an oil burn from the fryer. The middle finger given by the lady leaving as I showed up should have told me to drive away and go elsewhere.

I am giving this visit a three because usually this Burger King is Terrible. If you live in Fernley, you kind of have to deal with it but I would recommend that if you are traveling to Reno that you either wait or stop by USA Parkway. Penny Lane never gets our order right. We have received a wax pen wrapped in our burger. Food is always cold, and this is the reason I am giving it a three this time because the food was actually warm, but I was charged for an upgrade that is supposed to be free and after specifically discussing it that if we had to pay for upgrade, we didn't want it we were still charged. We also spent 20 min in drive thru because the dining room was open when people went in, they stopped taking orders from the drive thru. Seems like they could not Multitask. We purposely don't ask for special burgers anymore. (No lettuce & No tomato) because they just can't seem to handle it. I really hope that with us finally getting warm food that the standards that I know Burger King has that this particular franchise can get there someday soon. I HAVE HOPE!!

The Whopper, and a western burger, as for the price it's not bad, you can get the special... 2 cheese burgers, a small frie, and a small soft drink for under 4 dollars.
