Place is nice. Clean machines are well kept n fairly new, needs more attention to change machines, but that is only complaint. Definitely recommend doing laundry here.still awesome, hours are 5 am til midnight, last load in washers at 10 30 pm

No one likes going to the laundromat. We recently started to have to and had a pleasant experience both times. The attendant Sharron i believe was super sweet, funny and kept it super clean. Will definitely make it our new spot.

I never give anybody a bad review, as the majority of people simply have bad days. But this is the second time this is happened to me. The first time the employee is no longer there. Today while doing my laundry at the Fernley location, I walked across a wet floor and was verbally berated like a child in front of other customers. Not only is this embarrassing, but it goes against all of my training and customer service. Every single dollar that a customer spends inside of a business goes to pay overhead as well as wages. Most of us are not trying to do anything wrong, and clearly if we do something wrong, simply ask us to fix it and we will do so. This has always been my first place to go to get laundry done, now I will consider other avenues.

It's nice and clean inside no alcoholics hanging out or drug users machines are clean they work good the dryers actually dry they have a ATM available dispenses $5 bills only and they got change machines to get chains for your washers and dryers
