Customer service was excellent :) they ran diagnostics and were able to explain any problems with my laptop. I saved a lot of money when they told me that the problem wasn’t economically worth fixing, which I could’ve spent hundreds for that same answer elsewhere. They recycled my device for free and honored my appointment time. I was quoted a 2-week maximum wait period and they got back to me the same day! Highly recommend!

Always a good Idea to have device protection. Ubreakifix by Asurion repaired my Samsung galaxy S22 ultra's cracked screen for $29.00. They came to my house and did the repair in about 30 minutes. It's nice to have insurance that actually works.

The minute I walked in, Jessie the Mgr. gave me 5 star treatment. I'm not even kidding. He listened to my problems and offered solutions and was so prompt in getting everything fixed! I was beyond impressed at how professional and personable he was. He literally put himself in my shoes and tailored things accordingly. I am SO glad I went here! Brought in my phone that had been boot looping for 2 days. I thought I’d lost all of my data (over 16,000 photos, texts, everything) and was really just hoping to save some of my photos. I hadn’t backed it up and was so worried they wouldn’t be able to salvage anything. They were able to get my phone going, got it charged and backed it up. Everyone was so kind and professional. I highly recommend using them.
