This is just a messed up state people in AZ have no character or morals. I tell the woman with the piercing in her face I want all the seasoning on the list. Then one minute later I let her know everything on the 2nd list not from the dressing list. She tells me “ I know “ then stares at me for about a minute like she wanted a issue out of that. I’m trying to prevent a mistake and I don’t know what you know. No! Class

Sandwiches were good, very expensive!! The staff needs a personality!! Very dry and univiting. Was my first time here, the staff were horrible, acted like inwas bothering them with my questions. No smiles, no personality.

We came in at 2:30pm on Sunday April 3rd 2022 and every employee working at this time was nothing but absolutely rude right to our face. They need to be re-trained on customer service. The sandwiches however were good, as always at every Potbelly. I will not come back to this one after the service we had.

Great service, food and atmosphere. Outdoor seating. Great shakes and easy menu. Well priced. Very clean place. Lots of seating and very easy layout. This one has less parking then most. However well worth it. This place is very well lit and very fast paced area. Easy to to see from the street. Foll all safety covid protocols. Outdoor seating and delivery available.
