I have to say first that Wendy has the greatest customer service skills ever! I write reviews all the time. I told her that I really appreciate her friendly customer service skills because a lot of people behind registers can’t perform like that or even like to! 💯🙌🏻🔥She had me in line, a customer on her side needing a return, someone walking in and she was able to address us all and multitask in such a beautiful, professional manner. She didn’t judge me either on all my snacks I got lol hahahaha I love her I wish we were friends! Good job management!!

First of all Larissa in Furniture is the star in this review! She not only sold an overpriced Broyhill chair that was a display at retail… she managed to sell another matching but slightly damaged at the bell and 75th ave store. She is a prime example of amazing customer service and care that is still here in retail 🙋‍♀️❤️ I thank you Larissa for being amazing and taking time with me and my mom. You deserve a raise and much love! Why 4 stars … well this is for corporate office… all floor displays should be 20% off at base price. You got 4 stars instead of 2 because of Larissas professionalism and empathy 🥂💯🙋‍♀️
