I own two businesses, a carpet cleaning business as well as a carpet dyeing/color correction business. The staff at Suncadia hired us to color correct over 50 bleach spots throughout 3 of their condos, and were very pleased we could fix their carpets. The color correction we did saved them about $20,000 in replacement of carpet. What we got in return for saving them over $20,000 is not being paid for our service. When we contact them, they keep lying about the check being cut or coming up with other excuses. This resort is very shady, and I hope this will make other vendors aware so they don't end up in the same situation. We are a local small business with no employees trying to make ends meet, and for them to not pay for our service takes food off our kids plates. We've tried everything to try to get them to pay for our service. They will not answer the phone and will not return calls. We have given them repeated chances to make this right, and now we have no option but to take legal action. I wouldn't support a business that does not pay its bills and is shady.

Loves the location! All the activities are great too…something for everyone. All ages can enjoy their stay here. Room was comfortable and has a good set up in the one bedroom suite. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room at the Lodge we had, but the service of some staff at the restaurants and bar was more disappointing. Overall, a good experience! Will probably be back because of the location and activities.

This resort is amazing and perfect for a nice quick getaway. It’s relatively close to Seattle. The views are spectacular. Came in March but there was still plenty of snow and it snowed but a couple days which only added to the beauty of the area. The views from the restaurant in the lodge are gorgeous. We stayed in a condo/ 2 bedroom apartment in the inn, which was great. Plenty of space and games. Very comfortable. Amenities were great. The fitness center is fantastic. And the service was outstanding. You can also hike down from the lodge to the river below and capture some beautiful scenery. Highly recommend it.

This place was a complete letdown. We opted for early check in when we reserved online and when we arrived we were informed that was not available and we're completely unapologetic. I was told to wait until regular check in hours. Zero communication before arrival this wasn't available. Customer service was abysmal. Even when I informed them I opted for early check in they were dismissive. For what is supposed to be a "luxury" resort the treatment would be on par with a holiday inn. I was also informed that majority of there winter activities were not available even though there were zero information on the website. Once we finally got into the room the room was in terrible shape. It appeared it was barely turned over. Things were not wiped down there were food scrapes under bed that didn't get vacuumed. The over state of room was disrepair. all furniture was banged Up and bad shape. When we checked out the front desk was once again a wet blanket of disappointment and didn't seem to care. I am going to tell everyone I know how terrible this place is. Much better resort opportunities in Washington.

No one knows. The damage still needs to be addressed. Call to make sure
Over 200 I believe. It's a lot that's for sure.
Suncadia Resort is pet friendly, but has pet rules (similar to most cities) in regards to keeping pets on a leash, cleaning up after your pet, etc. In addition, NOT ALL rooms at the lodge nor are all homes pet friendly, so it's best to make sure you reservation is for either a pet friendly room at the Lodge OR a pet friendly rental house. Finally, some additional common areas of the resort are also not pet friendly, such as the restaurants and The Great Room at the lodge, and for some reason the path the runs from the lodge down to the pond/pool/Amphitheatre.
