I had a major problem with Apple software. I went into Verizon in Anthem and met with Christopher. He was knowledgeable, professional, understanding and very patient. He resolved the problem and finally I can use my phone. He provided a great service and I did not have to travel 75 miles round trip to go to the Apple store.

Mom Business

I received a call from Jen on my phone that is actually my moms account last week. She let me know that there was a a lot of new promos happening and I told my parents about it. They talked with Jen and set a time to come in. They went in and she was so helpful and knowledgeable and funny. It was an amazing experience all getting to know each other. It was the easiest experience we have ever had getting a new phone. She told us step by step what she was doing and not confusing. She was amazing. This is our new verizon store. Thanks Jen

The staff at this TCC Verizon store is absolutely the best! They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The star of the store is Ryan! He has never failed to resolve any issues or problems we have had. Richard is also very helpful - even giving me a loaner phone after my phone was stolen and until my new one arrived! Josh is new, but helpful and learning from the best. The team at this store always goes above and beyond!! They are a primary reason we stay with Verizon!

Over the last few months I've had a couple of issues with my phone. On both occasions I visited this Verizon TCC store. Each time I was helped promptly by Quinn. He patiently fixed the problems which was not an easy task. From start to finish Quinn was the textbook example of outstanding customer service and technical competence. I will be back when I'm ready to upgrade. From my experiences, this is a very well run store.
