Fabulous shop. Wide variety of top quality product and a super friendly/super knowledgeable staff. I'm a frequent customer and have never experienced or witnessed any remotely rude 'tudes from the staff. I've found them warm and welcoming to everyone who walks through their doors. It's true the prices are higher than some other shops, but their loyalty/rewards program is quite generous. I am baffled by the one star reviews alleging discourteous service. That would be the diametric opposite of my experience over many, many visits.....

I’m absolutely blown away by this store! First of all- the customer service is absolutely impeccable. Everyone who helped me & my husband today was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! We are very satisfied with the products and our experience there. 10/10 would highly recommend!
