Every time I go there there’s just one worker and he expects you just to order right off the bat no hello or anything he just sits there and waits doesn’t say a word! And they never get my order right. The fries are also usually cold

It’s fast food. Clean, service is polite, always friendly. But fries are lukewarm, not fully cooked and the burgers, leave a lot to be desired. They always put too much condiments on the sandwiches

I hope that at some point you are able to hire staff that can consistently run the drive thru. It seems they are quite often showing someone else's order on my screen or taking several cars in a row from the same lane instead of switching.
