Originally ordered from the Beaver location and due to a website glitch the store was actually closed even though the order went through. When I called to inquire about the pizza the call was forwarded to Freedom. They went above and beyond and fulfilled the order. They even called to update me when the pizza was on it's way! I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service and for them going out of their way to make sure I received my order. The pizza was hot and delicious as well!

Tried Fox's tonight again since I heard there are new people running it. Well, I don't know why we tried. They don't listen to what you ask for. No peppers mean extra! My husband even called back to make sure he actually ordered no peppers! I must say my stromboli wasn't burnt which it has happened in the past. But utterly disappointed! Oh and the delivery took over 90 minutes.

My husband and I ordered half a meatball hoagie, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and a 4 cut pizza. $30 plus tip. It took over an hour for delivery. The only cold item should’ve been my Diet Pepsi. Had to bake the meatball hoagie and onion rings. I had to microwave the pizza and mozzarella sticks. We were offered a credit but said there was no chance of EVER returning.
