No. There is a fee. I think the fee is worth the history lesson about the city.
I've only been there during the day and it was informative but not eerie. But it was still fun. Maybe they have something special at night during this time.
The cost is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, children 5 and under are free. Ages 6-18, college students and adult tour groups are $3 per person. Family fee for 2 adult and 2 children is $8 and each additional child is $1. Schools groups (reservations required) are $1 per person.
