Unfortunately, I am a Wells Fargo client with personal and business accounts. This branch has an officious notary that snoops through affidavits. She does not understand the scope of responsibilities, as a notary, to an affidavit. Let's say you have an affidavit involving a vehicle in some way. The notary will insist she needs to see the vehicle (because of course, the vehicle is mentioned in the affidavit she snooped through), the title of the vehicle, ensure the color described in the affidavit is not off by a shade; maybe proof of insurance? Do not waste your time and effort using the "free" notary service at this branch.

Been to this Branch numerous times hoping for better service. Not customer friendly or orientated. Was given and told to call for an appointment and no answer on number provided.

Most frustrating branch in town! I work one block away and yet I have go to to other branches to get transactions accomplished. Other branches will cheerfully take care of my transactions.

I have been sitting here for about an hour to cash my check, pretty simple right, not at this bank they have taken a process that usually takes 5mins and turned it into an hour there are about 8 other people with the same look on their face Like why would i ever come to this bank again. Maybe this is the reason why wells Fargo is on the verge of delusion. I sure am glad this isn't my primary bank.Sept-22-2011 10:26 am
