Took my Mom to the George Dieter location . Valerie was wonderful with her she listened to my mom and cut her hair perfectly. This location provides friendly timely service and is very clean.

I called to ask the wait time before going. They booked me for an appointment but I got there and the appointment meant nothing. Very odd system because everyone there waiting said they called ahead to set time. Stylist was poor at best. Disappointing experience. My first and last time going here. Just wanted to get my hair done for the holidays but this is not a place I'll go back to.

So I haven’t cut my hair in years from a past stylist who botched my hair on purpose. I was so nervous and told my concerns to the stylist (Valerie) letting her know how important it was to me and how traumatized I was having someone else cut my hair. Obviously she didn’t care. Because of my length you could tell she was getting frustrated and kept saying how she’s never worked with someone’s hair as LONG as mine. And it became her complaining over it. I apologized time after time for having long hair, but I don’t why I should of. I not only showed her videos but pictures and everything in detail of my ideal style which she kept saying she “didn’t know” how to do it. Not only that she kept being persistent on how changing my idea. I was so nervous at this point I didn’t want her to botch my hair any further. I let her do a trim with layers but was so nervous that she wasn’t capable of completely the look. I am not satisfied with my hair. Although, I did like the other stylist Carlos who was patient with my daughter and her hair length and achieved the look desired. I would never go back, especially since they don’t take consideration of the customer and it feels like they just want you out. It was rushed, I was uncomfortable. I’m not to complain like this over an establishment, but this was very important to me. Obviously they don’t have enough staff because you can see them focusing more on who answers the phone verses their customers. I should have known with the rating what I was getting myself into.
