We often order the same family meal (11pc.) with a drink or two. Never have we been so disappointed as today. The 11 piece was lacking in size and flavour today. From now on we will not leave the drive thru until we inspect our order. Pictured is one of the 11 pieces of chicken 🐔. I can't even call it a wing 😫

Awful service! The guy at the drive through was rude and unhelpful. I work in the same field and without doubt they'd be consequences for treating a customer in such manner. There's no reason for getting upset because of a question on your specials. And to make things worse I ordered spicy chicken and got regular. Which wouldn't be a big deal because mistakes happen,(trust me I understand) but due to his character, it just makes me think he did it purposely.

I wasn't really upset about the slow service but what really got me was the quality of my food and i didn't get the correct stuff. To start I ordered a large sprite and was given a medium coke when I brought issue up the window was shut in my face. Secondly I ordered spicy chicken and was givin mild instead. And to top it all off I ordered Mac and cheese and it was anything but good. It tasted like plastic and was like they stuck it in one of the cups and microwaved it. This is truly one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant

Great customer service and they serve spicy chicken sandwich with a good sized piece of chicken.
