Apparently when you fill forms and pass your bill for a physical with an appointment time and date is not honored here. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the front staff. Nothing is guaranteed or locked in for appointments. They expect you to be flexible. B$%$^# DO NOT give out appointments and take payment if you cannot honor it. 1 star for the incompetent front ladies but 5 stars for the doctors & nurses.

Great Nurse Practitioner. Average wait time to be seen. Long wait in patient room just to have an X-Ray tech come over from a different location. Went to CVS and had 3 of 4 meds filled. Thet didnt have the other one. So I would need to have UCare call VA pharmacy. UCare wouldn't electronically send or fax prescription to VA pharmacy. Person I talked to was not very empathetic or professional. She said just come back and pick up prescription and take it to VA. I was in extreme pain and couldnt drive back to UCare and then 27 miles to the VA and wait for refill. This veteran will never use this urgent care again. Fortunately there are numerous VA approved Doc in a boxs in my area.

Came here in February on a Friday around 3pm. I was seen almost right away. Office staff was awesome, the Doctor I saw was also great. This was the an easy and pleasant Doctor visit experience while not feeling great. Will be using them again, for sure.

With all the walk in clinics around, I definitely choose this one. Even if I have others a minute from my house, I will drive the 30 minutes to get to this one. The wait time is always pretty good and the customer service is always great. Thank you so much! ❤️ FYI, if u have cold/flu like symptoms call when u get to the clinic from ur car. They don’t want anyone with these symptoms inside the waiting room. They will call u to step in as soon as they are ready to see you.
