Well since we had a bad experience at the domino's on delta & Alameda by it saying our pizza got to our house a 5:30 & a pice of pizza was missing from the box. We got the pizza a 7:40 went to report this got our money back so we decided to drive further to see if the 4 star rating was true well hotdog it was good pizza just the way we ordered it, friendly staff & a nice clean environment. THANKS AGAIN WE APPRECIATE U SERVING US.

Order 2 pizzas and a salad on line. When I got there at the time assigned, one of my pizzas was missing. They had to remake it while the other pizza sat under a heat lamp. After about 10 minutes, I asked if my other pizza was the one under the heat lamp. When they said yes, I frowned. They asked me if I wanted them to also remake that pizza. That meant that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. It just didn't make sense. We were going around in circles trying to get 2 freshly made pizzas

I used to love this Dominos! Been coming here since I was a child! But today I decided to order for my family. They never answered their phone! So I ordered online. Once I picked it up they took forever to have our pizza. Once I got home I noticed they forgot a pizza. So I came back for it and they said they had to do it all over . So I’m waiting now but although I understand how things are now with places needing more employees and whatnot, one thing that I completely not agree with is the phone ringing and ringing as I’m sitting here waiting. Employees walking around and literally no one picks up. Not to mention, there’s no one inside to keep them busy from answering. When I had called earlier, they even hung up on me. As I walked in, a customer was complaining about the same issue. I see the cashier talking to a customer about none sense instead of answering. See I can understand you taking long on pizza, even forgetting my order but not answering when I can clearly see you can tells me you all lack customer service skills. This is sad, I used to vouch for this place. This can definitely make you lose customers.

Service is usually great, always order from here when I’m on this side of town. I used my free pizza coupon, upgraded to a large pizza: amazing. Added a 2lt DP and Parmesan bites for a grand total of $10.99: awesome. But when I got home, my parm bites looked and tasted more like Pan Blanco. They forgot the butter and the Parmesan part..

Same as all food deliveries during these times. Left at front door on either a table, chair or bench. They ring door bell and gone in 60 seconds. Just like Ups! 🏃♂️
Personally, not myself but I am sure delivery is available to location in the vicinity of its location.
