Disappointing. Cold, burnt pizza. The property can hardly be called a farm: a few goats, cows, and ducks with a small garden patch. Definitely more gimmick than farm to table dining experience. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, but otherwise it was not at all what we expected.

Absolutely brilliant food, and a wonderful way to spend an evening. It's not quite a restaurant, and not quite a live music venue, but more of a farm to table "experience". All the food is raised/ grown on site. The burger is amazing, and the weather was good to us too.

Great attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and accommodating. Delicious food throughout every course. Very family, pet and crowd friendly and an excellent beer and wine selection to boot! A treasure among treasures tucked away in a quiet village in Midcoast Maine.

This place far exceeded my expectations. The food was stunning and so delicious! The quality was apparent in presentation and taste. Electric Bonfire did a great job, atmosphere was laid back and chill. My only suggestions would be to add a few lawn games like corn hole and ladder ball on the far side of the barn near the guest room and maybe mow to the right of the stage (house right, stage left) with more picnic tables. Overall, I highly recommend and definitely plan to return!

No. Access to the pond from the farm is reserved for for our farm stay cottage guests.
We ask all visitors to check in at the farm store when they arrive on an open farm day so that we can say hello, go over a few requirements and provide you with a map of the farm.
Much of the farm is accessible but unfortunately due to construction design our new store is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Yes! Our farm is very kid friendly and we love to have young people visit the farm - especially when they ask good questions! We even have Farm Camp for kids during the summer. We do require that all children are accompanied by an adult at all times - on open farm days and even when just shopping the store.
Our apiary is on the opposite side of the farm and a good distance from the store and parking areas. We can’t of course guarantee that a foraging bee won’t sting you somehow but the likelihood is very minimal if you are just visiting the main areas of the farm.
Yes! We offer #farmstay vacations in a private cottage here in the farm. Check our website or Airbnb for more details.
We have a rustic single person outhouse available during our open farm days and farm events / dinners.
In the summer we have our homemade ice cream sandwiches available and on select open farm days we will have the grill going with our sausages for sale. We also have a selection of our cheeses and soon salami for people to enjoy while visiting the farm. Pack a blanket and make it a picnic!
Toddy Pond Farm is a real working farm with an on-site creamery and cheese cave. We strive to treat all the animals and the land we care for with the upmost respect and therefore don’t not designate animals in a petting zoo environment. There may be an occasional piglet, lamb or goat to cuddle but we ask visitors to respect all instructions and fences and simply observe animals in their daily activities. Bring your questions and come learn here on the farm!!
We host farm dinners during the summer which allow dinner guests to visit and enjoy the farm. Visit our website for details and reservations.
