Easy to schedule and (nearly) painless service. Great shop!

Very cool shop but they can't give information over the phone. I called a week in advance to try to make an appointment to get my ears pierced. They told me to just show up, no need for an appointment for ears pierced. I showed up and they tell me in person the piercer would be out for at least 2 or 3 weeks and that they would only take in with an appointment.

I'm not the type of person to write reviews but I am writing this because I wish someone told me not to go here. Do not go here for a piercing. I went in for a septum and immediately was told "it's swelling" aka crooked. She didn't even show me a mirror. I had to ask to see it. It was crooked because it went in the soft tissue on one side and came out hard cartilage on the other side. No amount of swelling can change that it was done incorrectly. Went to a reputable piercer in Berkeley and they took it out for free. It bled a lot taking it out as well because they used an externally threaded ring so the metal was scraping it open which the Berkeley piercer said that's why they don't use those. 0/5 stars

Beth did a great job, and made me feel comfortable and heard! I’ll definitely be back for another tattoo. :)

Do you know what type of black ink do they use, is there such thing as black organic ink? Thank you.

Most artists there have their own ink and it is not all the same so you would need to call and talk to an artist
