5 stars for the customer service alone. My technician was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. The salon was a little warm but that was easily overlooked due to the superb service I received. My pedicure was amazing as well. I will return to this salon anytime I'm in the area and in need of nail services.

So I came here for a set of gel nails as soon as I changed my mind to just get them only removed older lady with bun and glasses left my hands in the acetone and just totally went with another customer and never came back. After 20 minutes of waiting even though I only had a dip I had to ask how long did I have to leave my nails dipped in the acetone and someone else finally came and removed them. The man that ended up removing the left over was very nice and polite. I’d give him a 5 star rating though but the experience with her I will not be coming back.

Honestly disappointed at the way my nails turned out. Not even 12 hours later and they’re bubbling up and chipping off. For $50 I would’ve hoped they lasted longer than under 12 hours
