Glad I gave them another try. I did have a bad experience last year but it seems they stepped their game up. All in all my go to quick pizza.

It just seems like if it's not a simple medium one topping pizza, it's too much for them to handle. I ordered a deep dish pizza. And they under cooked it so much that the middle of the pizza was doughy. I called and they said they'd replace the pizza crediting me the replacement. I put it in my oven at home and waited. Oh well.. Well I ordered on the app just now, (about a week later) and after placing the order through the app, I called the store and said like to add the credited deep dish to my order. The kid said ok, and said he'd have to get someone to do it. He asked my name, I told him. He said ok hold on. And kept me on the line for 30 minutes. Till right before my order was ready. (I was watching it on the app) And then they hung up. I've been going here for the past 6 years. Ever since I moved to Alamogordo. And all I have to say is the quality of pizza and professionalism of the employees has declined.

Pizza is hot and fresh. My only complaint is that anytime I customize a speciality pizza, they screw it up. Staff is polite and they will remake.

Ineptness at it's finest. Memphis BBQ chicken. I asked for light onions, I received light onions and no chicken. So basically barbecue sauce and cheese, I should have known they were going to screw something up when I noticed on the app that it took them 22 minutes to put my pizza in the oven from the moment they started making it. Apparently somebody started making my pizza went on break came back and just threw it in without all the ingredients on it. The app gives you two ways to fix any problems, would you like 20% off your next order, or do you want enough free points for a pizza, but not a speciality pizza but you have to sign up for our free pizza points nonsense with your email. No thanks I don't need a whole bunch of emails from a place that can't make my pizza right. And it wouldn't be so bad if they gave me away to get resolution but they don't. We all make mistakes they just don't fix them satisfactorily. Pizza goes in the trash. Four and a half stars for the supreme that was delicious, minus one and a half stars for a horrible barbecue cheese pizza and no way to get resolution.
