Wow! This hotel is a gem. I probably had my best hotel stay ever at this property. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The property is clean, with good curb appeal. The morning breakfast area is clean, and the spread is wonderful. The pool area is inviting and clean. 11 stars, out of 10!

It was very hard choosing the right star count. It was not a totally unpleasant experience, the customer service was great! Very friendly people. We had fun in the pool. The breakfast was good. I loved that the body wash/Shampoo/conditioner were in dispensers mounted in the shower instead of that typical hotel sized soap/shampoo. Room was clean but I definitely got a hint of some Marijuana smell. AC worked OK (I like it freezing) but it kept the room cool and comfortable. My biggest complaint is the bed... it was REAL firm... almost like I was laying on a box spring. Had to have been the most firm mattress I have ever laid on. We all joked that it felt like we were laying directly on the floor. Of all things, the mattress is what made me choose 3 stars instead of 4. I probably would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice - strictly because of the mattress. We stayed in a double queen room.

The hotel is peaceful, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are open and wonderful. Breakfast had an amazing selection and Patty was so very helpful when we were stranded and had to book another room last minute. If for some reason I am ever here again, I won’t stay anywhere else.

Had a nice 3 week stay. No complaints. Friendly staff always addressed problems. It stayed clean. Lots of attractions nearby. Driving distance to many resorts and national parks. Lots of pristine wilderness and wildlife nearby. Will return.
