The first time I went here, I was impressed that they are an actual specialized boot shop. All sorts of work boots that they know how to fit to your feet. They even have a little shop in the back. The next time I was in was a few months later. My boots were not working as intended. I came in to see if they could be modified and left with a new pair of boots of equal value. They take care of their customers. Be sure to pay in cash. The ancient till actually operates!

These guys do a great job! I've been in multiple times, and they've always been helpful. One time when I was picking a pair of shoes, unbeknownst to me, I picked a pair made with suede. Thankfully, the guy helping me knew where I worked, and changed it out for a similar pair, just NOT suede! I highly recommend this place!

Thanks, John! Much We appreciate your feedback on our service and the boots we carry. Take care!
There's not many people, shields are up at the checkout. Masks are required, and sanitizer is available. Contact is minimal.
Hi Isacc, We do not offer specific discounts for unions, veterans, armed forces, etc. If a customer works for one of our business accounts, we do offer an industrial price. Next time you stop in, please let us know what company you work for and we'll see if they're a part of our boot program. Thanks for checking in.
Hi Jean, we do have replacement felt insoles. They are about $8.
Hi Mark, Thanks for reaching out. We always recommend bringing them in. We inspect the shoes to see if the problem is under warranty or if there's a defect.
Well they need to be seen to make sure is the size. They do good job of it and will fit like they should. I go there for my. Boots.
Hi David, Thanks for getting in touch. You're packing a lot of miles into your work shoes so we'd recommend several styles depending on whether you're inside or outside, if the floors are wet or dry, what kind of materials are kicking around that may affect the shoe, etc. We can also cater to what kind of height you want and your employer's footwear requirements. We try to have several options per brand so there's a lot of price and aesthetic options available. Coming into the shop is you're best bet. Hope that helps!
They are closed Sunday's and Monday's
I'm not sure if they carry them, but "neos overshoes" is what I wear at work in the winter. Several different levels of insulation and can be had either studless, or with "stabilicers" so they can be replaced when worn. I can personally attest the "navigator" model is warm, kept my feet warm to -40! If they do carry them, def go to them to be fitted (and wear/bring your boots), several co workers bought the wrong size from the internet.
