Stop at the small bldg in front of the big one. If you have "house" trash its free and they tell you where to dump it. If its glass, wood etc they have you weigh in, go dump it and come back to weigh on ground scale again then pay. I paid a guy a lot to take my extra junk $100 once and when I did it myself was only $8.
