I’ve used bedards for years . I liked it better when they had an office in my area but it closed now I have to deal with the main office. After waiting a month on something it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. After all day of waiting it never showed up and I called this morning. I had to go get it today . Al I got was oops sorry . The new workers don’t know what they are doing and it prolongs trying to get anything done. No one there wears masks even throw they are a medical place where people should have medical problems go. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s not a very professional looking place when you walk-in. It’s not the cleanest place either.

We are very grateful for the exceptional customer service we've consistently received from Bedard Medical Supples. Their team is always focused on meeting our needs as quickly, kindly and seamlessly as possible. We've been getting one product through them for 6 or 7 years without any surprise delays or communication challenges. When we needed to find a new vendor for a different product, we were delighted to learn that Bedard can cover that too... Life should be full of excitement, but not when you need supplies to treat a chromic medical condition. Thank goodness for Bedard!

I go here quite frequently for all my medical supply needs. The ladies out front are the most helpful bunch and always so personable. It’s not often you go into a store and hear the employees laughing and getting along with each other so well. It’s very refreshing to walk into a store and be treated like a friend as opposed to just another customer. I do hope these ladies keep up the good work and are praised for how wonderful they are to customers and each other. Out of all the medical supply facilities I have been to Bedard Medical is by far the best and this is all thanks to the exceptional customer service demonstrated by the team of outgoing ladies who always seem to greet everyone with a smile. Keep up the great work ladies!! :)

I honestly wouldn't even give this place a star. My 2 year old son has had a tough go at life so far and has a bit of equipment and supplies that he 100% needs. He has insurance and this place won't take their payment for his supplies because it doesn't cover the whole cost. So I told them I was fine with paying what they didn't cover. They told me no they won't take my payment. If insurance doesn't cover fully then they won't supply it. I called his insurance to make a complaint on this and they told me they have a contract with them and they are supposed to take their payment and that is why they have a contract with them. So in other words this company is just flat out refusing to supply my 2 year olds supplies. What kind of medical company refuses to help a child with what they need to live their life. This place is a complete joke and I would not recommend anyone going there. I have already given the news this story so it can be put out there on how horrible this place treats people and kids that need certain things to live their life. I hope this place gets better management and or ownership because who ever is doing it now does not care about people at all
