Horribly rude!! My fiancé has been going to them for years but quit going during the pandemic. She called and requested appointments for two pedicures and a manicure and was given them for the next day. When we got there for the appointments, we were told that we could only get the pedicures because the girl who normally does my fiancé’s nails was busy and could not fit her in. She was so rude and embarrassed us in front of a whole shop of people. Very rude!! Will be taking our business elsewhere and will be spreading the word!!

The nail tech I had was rushing, hopping back & forth between me and the girl directly next to me. I got a full set and they look just awful, they’re crooked and different sizes, I even had an appointment. The nail tech was nice, but regardless, I won’t be back.
