We stay away from pizza hut usually, but my daughter came to swim and likes PH. So we ordered against my best judgment, it was really good. We ordered 2 large pizza's with toppings and breadsticks that time. So my daughter comes to swim again yesterday 6/30/22 , she asks me again for PH. We ordered 2 med one topping pizza's amd picked up the order. My granddaughter who is 7 would not eat her pizza and said it was like a rock. I turned around and had to make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Friday night is pizza night. We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut on Friday's for years with very few issues. Staff is always pleasant. Food is on point most of the time. If there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. Unfortunately, that is not the case with our last order this past Friday. The pizza looked great, staff was great as always, however, within hours of eating, my husband became incredibly ill. He has been severely sick for the last 24 hours. We had different toppings on our pizzas, so I seem to be fine. He had sausage, pepperoni, and onions. I tried to call the store multiple times to let them know, but there was no answer any time I called. Update: 4/5/22. My husband sent an email to the email address listed in the reply below on 3/26/22. As of today, he has still not received any response.

This is our second time ordering from that pizza hut location and normally we have no problems from any other pizza hut, but the last 2 times we have ordered the food hasn't been right and was a little gross. The pizza is always good but its never well done its somewhat doughy each time and we do mention in the comments to have it well done we like it crispier, the wings were fatty and mushy, and the breadsticks had no flavor at all they were just plain bread.

Honestly one of the best Pizza Hut locations I've been to. The manager on duty served us and was so friendly and attentive. The food was fast and good. The salad bar was fresh and crisp.
