Terrible customer service. You walk in. No one greets you. Makes you feel like you're a burden. Will never go again. I will be taking my business to a real brewery with excellent customer service over to Bigalow Brewing instead. 0/0 for this place

ZERO STARS. What a dump, no seating per earlier reviews. We had just come from the Old Mill Pub in town where we paid $4 for a full pint. At this place they charge $2 for about 2 ounces of beer in a 5 oz sample glass. The owner even came after us into the parking lot thinking we had stolen her sample glasses which we had left on a table inside. Lookup 'Miserable Old Hag' to see a picture of the owner. Don't waste your time coming here.

This appears to be a retail stop'n sample set up. I wish the owner would stop by in disguise to see if this is what he envisions for customers. Three employees with no greetings. I felt I was a huge inconvenience to them stopping in. Good thing they have good beer to save the show.

I wish I didn't have to give a star. If you want to go where they make you feel like you're interrupting them to taste their beer..... This is the place for you. The person was very rude, nowhere to sit and enjoy a beer, felt like you were being rushed to drink. Too many other breweries like Bigelow Brewing that make you feel so welcome and thankful you're there. They should stick to selling their beer behind the scene.

The best craft beer in the area... maybe the state. Ale, logger, IPL.... You should visit their location and test out the many different options.... I suggest Laughing Loon or Nut brown
