The two girls that were working and pierced my 2 year olds ears, Sunday afternoon. We're amazing! I don't know there names but one had long hair and one had short with glasses. The one with glasses was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of metals and which would be best for her. And made me realize the girl at Clair's in Provo. That pierced my 3 year olds ears a few months ago previously. Had no idea what she was talking about (like I thought) and was so wrong about everything. She also told us we'd get a second ear piercing half off with a coupon she had given us. Which was completely not right. The girls at Orem were so throu with thier job. That they called the store manager just to double-check for us. They did a great job on her ears, helped me find everything we were looking for. And we're so sweet and fun that my 2 year old smiled through the whole thing. I even over heard them talking to each other how awesome she did and was. If your going to get them done at Claire's definitely go to Orem. I usually don't write reviews. But our experience was so good I just had to and say thanks girls! Keep it up. ;)

A couple years ago I took my daughter to a tattoo parlor to have her ears pierced because that's what you're "supposed" to do. Long story short, it was a disaster and we had to let her piercings close up. She was ready to try again and we decided to go a different route and try Claire's. Night and day difference. We had Anna pierce them and she was very nice and friendly. I called ahead 1 day to make an appointment and we had no wait time. It was fast and easy and I couldn't be more pleased. It was a little pricier than I was expecting at almost $80 total for just a basic earring. But things already are healing so much better than at the tattoo parlor. I know lots of people will say this place is terrible and not sanitary but we had the best experience. You do what's right for you. I would absolutely recommend them.

My daughter just got her ears pierced today by the most professional and friendly employee named EMILY! She did an incredible job, paying close attention to making sure they were perfectly aligned, that everything was sterile, and she made my daughter feel at ease! We highly recommend this particular Claire’s and getting your ears pierced by Emily. ❤️

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when we got my daughter’s ears pierced. I called ahead of time to find out when they would have two workers available to get both ears done simultaneously and they were easy to work with. I felt like things were done in a clean and hygienic way. My only negative is I feel like they are overpriced and try to up sale you every step of the way.
