Went to do a return WITH a receipt on an item which was over 30 days old. Return Associate named GABBY obviously did not know what she was doing when she ignored the receipt and marked down the merchandise saying that it’s the store’s policy. Went to Ross Boca Park and got a full refund on the item. All they needed was my ID and issued a Store Credit. This employee from Ross Fort Apache lacks training and customer service skills. She “acts” like she’s quick but does not know what she’s doing and saying. To the Store Manager - reassign her to the fitting room or floor better yet keep an eye on her as she definitely needs more training.

I just left the store. Look under staff. I felt rushed and the check out attendant who is the only person checking customers out are rushing. I purchased jewelry and she threw it in the bag under all my clothes with out pitting it in its own separate bag. My thing is if you don't want the job, don't apply for it. She on desperate business owners who will just hire anyone to stay open. You'd think the location would mean better business.

This is the typical Ross store Long lines, a bit cluttered and cross your fingers you'll find what you're looking for. On this shopping trip there were only 2 registers open but in fairness I saw few associates throughout the store so it's possible they only had 2 people trained on registers. I went in for kitchen specialties and bed linens and was able to find both but there were no prices on the kitchen items so unable to find any assistance other than fitting room attendant and seeing how long the line was, all the way back to linen area, decided the wait for something I may or may not purchase just wasn't worth it. On the plus side, lots of parking and the security officer was cheerful and helpful keeping a sense of humor while everything around them was sinking fast.

We love it! We go there all the time when we need doggy wipes cause we know we can pay a 3rd of the original price! And they are big and good quality!💁🏻‍♀️🧻🐶🐶
