Today I found the nicest quilt store in Kingston, N.H. Actually my daughter found it when she was driving around getting yo know the area. About 2 months ago I bought a used Destiny Baby Lock. Since then I have been trying to learn how to use the embroidery part of it. I've listen to the tutorials, u tube and the know your Desyiny book but have only ended up being frustrated. So today I went up to Stitched in Stone to maybe trace this end. I was greated at the door by Tammy the owner. Warm friendly, and what could she do for me. I told her my story & within 30 min utes she had given me a lesson on this machine on just how to embroider. It was wonderful and she was so patient with me. The ladies sewing there were so nice I felt like I had been going to this store forever. My Destiny is being cleaned and tuned up at a cost of almost half the price that I have paid for my other machine. I am so excited about being able to use this machine. Tammy and her husband are truly wonderful quilt shop owners. I recommend this store for any issues, material, or classes. It's a great friendly store. I'm a happy person. Thank you guys so much.

Great fabric selection. Terrible repair service. They told me that they are an authorized Singer repair shop. According to Singer, they are not. I was charged for cleaning a nearly new machine, which was dropped off for repair. When picked up, there was a part taped to the repair ticket with a note stating, "piece found inside of machine". The piece was not replaced and the machine was not useable. Also, the owner put down the Singer brand multiple times, even stating "Well, if that's all you could afford." Its an $1800.00 machine. Again, they have a great fabric selection and offer some nice classes, but, unfortunately, I will no longer give them my business.

This is the perfect shop for all your quilting/embroidery/yarn needs!! The owners are so friendly and personable! I just started quilting and they filled me with the confidence that I needed to tackle my first large quilt! So glad I found this little gem, I will definitely be coming back here for all my fabric needs!!
