I like this car wash. It feels like a little treat when I come here. There are machines at multiple lanes, but there is an attendant who hops around seeing if you have questions or need help, which is nice! I get the full list, which comes with a raincheck code to return for free within 4 days if you need to. The vacuum area is large and nice and the vacuums work really well.

**I currently don't recommend this place until they get new brushes, change the rinse and dry time to go a little longer. Their spot free rinse isn't soft free either. 2 years later (June 2022), I got a new car. There a high pitch sound on the back brush that sounds like scratching. I looked after the wash and saw tiny scratches on the roof above the trunk door. There must be something stuck on one of the brushes. The rinse isn't the same. I always have white soap streaks after the wash. They don't pre-scrub anymore. (2020 review) I like their Wow wash. If you are wondering what is the difference between their machine and others, other machines don't get your rims as clean. The employees will pre-scrub your car prior to going in the wash (not sure if this is for this Wow wash only). Sometimes they'll give you a cloth to wipe your dashboard with or an air freshener. The air freshener lasts less than a week. The staff is great. Anthony was helpful and trained others to properly handle each wash. They do offer free vacuums.

This is AFTER my car gets washed. Not great for trucks. Can you imagine if they wiped butts for patients? If this is what the results are after a full “Wow wash” it’s definitely a “Wow!” And not in a good way. Their workers are polite and overall the facility is clean, otherwise I would’ve given them a 1. I think I need to cancel my membership Relating to the reply of the business, I called the number and the line drops. No help there. Changed review from 2 stars to 1 star. Definitely not a business you want to come to.

First time to the car wash and it was a terrible experience. I got the middle option before signing up for a membership and I am glad I did. The car wash did not even get my window shield clean after the first wash. I asked the gentleman working if I could go through again thinking it was a fluke. After the second wash same issue.
