We had egg on our car from kids in our neighborhood having an egg fight. We paid for the most expensive car wash. When we arrived home and got out of the car, we realized that the egg was still on our car. How good is a car wash if it can’t even get egg off of a car?? What a waste of $17

Been a little disappointed the last couple of times. Even the premium wash didn't remove all the bugs and tree sap. They were nice enough to put me through again but still had a small amount after. I would suggest that they pre spray the front of the car with bugs solvent before entering the wash like the old days. Also even after the wax it doesn't repel the sap from the tiny flowers in my driveway. The company has responded positively with free car wash. Thank you WOW.

Great car wash. Gentle on my car no warping. The kids that work there are great. Wish they had the little blowers for mirrors to push the water out and more locations. Fav place to go to wash my car.

Worst Experience. First and last time I am going there ever. Would give them a zero star if possible. On 2/23/22, I went for basic car wash. After car wash, I saw scratches in whirl/wave pattern all over the front part of my car which were absolutely not present before the wash. I service my car regularly every few months with the dealer, my last one was 4 weeks ago and it is testimony that my car was absolutely clean without these specific scratches before my car wash at this location. I spoke to the manager and she absolutely was of no help except filing a claim. Claim dept call me after 2 days saying there is nothing faulty with their equipment and there is nothing they could do. No questions answered about their explanation to the scratches or no help offered. Very unethical and unprofessional experience
