Went there for a soccer tournament (I live half a country away) and it was a great place to play soccer. A LOT of fields available, a shelter/bathroom, room for food trucks, adjacent parking and overflow at the local school. There is also plenty of retail and food places within walking distance - although call ahead of time, some might not be adequately staffed.

Fields are mostly nice. Parking tough. Do not park in the park's lot when busy, killer to get out. Park on street, or across street in school lot.

The fields are clean and well maintained. There are several fields at this venue. Easy accessibility from the freeway. When used with the adjacent high school, there is lots of parking for high volume events.

There is a highschool right across the street. If you are going there for a soccer tournament over the weekend you can park in the highschool parking lot. I have seen RVs parked there for tournaments.
No, the James Regional Sports Complex is a separate location in the north west Vegas area.
Grass...beautiful grass. Parking sucks tho. Tournament weekends plan on parking at high school across the street, and take your valuables with you to games.
Fields are reserved by Club teams for allotted days and times. You would have to call the city of Las Vegas to see about reserving a field when there is availability.
There are but they are in the very middle of the park so you wont be able to watch your kids if they are playing in the farther fields
