I've had a few really positive experiences in this store. They have lots of cool beads and a variety of styles. It's not cheap, but it's also not outrageous, so if you are into jewelry-making, and are looking for unique items to use, you'll enjoy this place. I have also only had positive experiences with the customer service too, so I'm not sure what the other reviewers are referring to, but the woman I always see there has always been very helpful and friendly! I love this place! I did show up once and they were closed during regular hours so I would recommend calling first if you're schlepping out from far away!
