I bought a Radiator Fan assembly in another store and tried returning it here. Assistant Manager said I can’t return it without receipt because people have been stealing. I bought it a few days ago and it’s still under my phone number so they can look it up. He refused. I think he just didn’t want to stock it cause it’s not a common radiator fan assembly. . . Last thing I rememebr …All Autozone computer systems talk to each other and can detect if I did return this item allready or haven’t. Me stealing?? Come on man. Who promoted you. I’m a prior autozone employee.

I just want to say thank you Gerald at the Jones and Craig location (store manager) I came in my bestfriend and Gerald was very helpful, professional and informative on my situation!
