This store is completely useless. Stopped to get my account number since they wouldn't give it to me over the phone, even with my pin number and they refused to help me. One more customer lost. They never have service and their consumer service sucks.

Scott was fantastic! I've been in sales for awhile and he was the epitome of what a sales person should be! He was attentive, informative and very personable. I was setting up a new phone line for my daughter and he answered every question! I even picked up a few extras for myself. Highly recommend!!!!!

They are excellent. All employees were masked and social distanced when applicable. All customers are required to be masked when in the store. I felt as if the managers and store owners of us cellular genuinely believe and care about their employees health as well as their customers.
