My daughter went in to have her hair cut and came home crying. They lady that cut her hair was not listening to what my daughter wanted didn't know how to cut a curtain bang properly and her hair was uneven and her layers were just wrong. I ended up having to pay someone else to to fix her hair. My suggestion if you go in don't let Ana touch your hair.

We made an appointment for 11:00 AM the day before, when we got there at 11 they said 11:30 so we went back home and got there before 11:30 they never started on our hair until 11:50+ Very unprofessional and Annoying as we had a time frame to get certain stuff done. Whoever was working on 11/8/21 at those times I mentioned needs to get re trained on how to do cut hair for curly hair men and women, the lady did not even try her to evenly cut, there’s chunks of long strand hairs just randomly thought out the head, never once did she even wet his hair or comb it down,
