Unfortunately this Walmart provides the motivation for me to drive on another 6 miles to Oldsmar to avoid it. This WM market has been going downhill for a long time and has pretty much been given up to Hispanic employees who can't speak English. While the store gets a lot of marks for diversity it severely lacks for good service. Not saying the people aren't nice they are. They just have a lot of difficulty communicating with someone who does not speak English. If that's the demographic you're going for keep it up but even Hispanics should expect full service when they are spending hundreds of dollars. When I spend $200 to $400 a visit to the grocery I expect full service. At this location there is NEVER a full service aisle open. When I go to the service counter the employees (to include the manager) act as though they are bothered that I don't swipe my own groceries. Young lady slammed things around this morning to show me her displeasure. Lovely.

This is a good store, not 100 for produce but almost always fully stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. My go-to for groceries

I don't know if friendliness is encouraged or they only hire friendly people but they figured something out. I had a question about a return and called ahead of time.

Never buying from here again its unacceptable that their are just frozen pizzas just siting there and getting contaminated and nobody is acknowledging the problem and still expect people to buy them what if they were tampered with or one of us ends up getting sick its gonna be on you guys because you refuse to remove these pizzas from the fridge when it comes to groceries and they are left open like that it makes me to not want to buy from there anymore.
