Very pleasantly surprised. I did not expect high end food. The decor and ambiance does not match the food. It feels like a Chili's or Applebee's but eats like a five star restaurant. It's obvious this restaurant employs a professional chef. The food is exquisite, perfectly balanced and beautiful. I don't think there's another restaurant in Parker that is as high end. I'll be back

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. Wasn’t impressed the first few times so I figured I would give these guys another shot. Came in around 430 on a Saturday. Place was pretty busy but was able to grab a seat at the bar. Glanced over the menu. They had a wide range of choices. Nothing really jumped out at me. I wanted something that I couldn’t make at home. So I decided to go with the brisket dip sandwich. I should have known better and went with the burger. The meat was very tough and dry. Had a little bit of smoke to it and appreciated that. I definitely did not enjoy it but I ate it because I was hungry. The sandwich came with cheese which I thought was extremely odd. Cheese on brisket? Ummm no. Give me some coleslaw. This sandwich needed at least BBQ sauce because the meet was so dry. And I get it. It’s a dip. Which I did do with the sandwich but that wasn’t helping. The fries were okay though. Got the truffle fries that had a lot of flavor. Wish they were cooked a little bit longer. It’s tough to find good food in Parker. Black Haus across the street is the way to go. Even Tailgate has decent enough bar food. Parker Garage for the elevated supper you’re looking for is not the way to go.

We visited for diner. We had a reservation and we were seated ontime. The waiter was courteous and attentive. The food was ok, A bit too greasy for me. The atmosphere is nice and NO MASK mandate here. Thanks!

Nice little restaurant right in downtown Parker. Beers on tap seem to be more German style (pictured). Had the PG Dry Ribs to start and they were good; they are really dry and would go good with some sort of sauce. My GF got the Fall Harvest Salad (Baby kale, butternut and delicata squash, feta, candied pecans, root vegetables, dried cherries, toasted pepitas, maple cider vinaigrette). I didn't care for the dressing, but she really liked it. It was as described, very "fally". She added shrimp to it- I think some chicken probably would have paired better. I had the Wild Boar Bolognese (Pappardelle pasta, basil chimichurri, fresh parmesan), and was extremely happy with it. I was worried they'd skimp on the meat, but it was very meat/sauce heavy and the taste was fantastic. I love wild boar in pasta dishes and you could really taste the boar. The rest of the menu looks really good; I'd like to go back and try several things, especially the lamb shank.

Not sure what the rules are, but I did see a dog with his family out there.
In almost every case, you can only bring service-animals inside establishments that serve food. Bringing pets to an outdoor seating area is at the discretion of the business owner. Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations 8-106
