AMAZING! visiting from Wisconsin. We didn't have a reservation but they still let us experience this amazing winery. They serve their own sparkling water that is unique and delightful. The wine was exquisite, the views were breath taking and our server (Daniel)was informative and all around exceptional! This winery is an upscale Italian experience you do not want to miss!

We simply love being members! The wine is top notch and the staff is professional and fun. The property is beautiful. We visit often and the staff have gotten to know us. We always have a wonderful visit 😊.

I love this winery! The place is beautiful! It looks like a vineyard that you would find somewhere in Italy. They're very friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. They just opened up their new tasting room and it is so so beautiful!! I couldn't take pictures of the inside... I guess I'm going to have to go back to do it 😏

Easily some of the finest wines in the Laurel wood AVA and the entire Willamette Valley. The wine maker makes wine under his own label as well and he is master of the pinot. All of the wines they make are delicious but the chardonnay tends to sell out.

Questions & Answers

Hi. Thank you very much we enjoyed the information today about the wines in the zoom meeting.A question once the wine is open how long can you keep the two wines you sent us before they go bad? We have a vacuvin will that help? Thank you. Don Bays

Thanks for reaching out, Don. If the vacucin removes oxygen from the opened bottle when you 'recork' it then, yes, it will help preserve the wine. Once exposed, air can flatten a wine, muting aromas and flavors so you want to remove as much oxygen as possible before recorking it. Once recorked store the wine in the refrigerator. The cold temperature can help slow the process of the wine breaking down quite significantly. When you're ready to drink the wine again take the bottle out of the refrigerator and place it on the counter for ten minutes or so to bring the bottle back up to cellar temperature. Storing your wine like this should preserve your wine well for a few days!

Do they serve food or snacks?

When I was there they did a bite size food item paired with their flight.
