I love living in this community. Everyone is so nice! The only downside is when the fire alarm gets set off in one apartment the entire building gets evacuated until the fire alarm is turned off.

Nothing but problems since I have moved in, issues with the dishwasher, washing machine and my bathroom. Staff is very friendly and the people who work here are wonderful which is why I feel bad leaving this review but the apartment itself is terrible and I have had multiple issues with all my appliances since I have moved in. I have only been living here 6 months and I have had to put in several maintence requests. I am not sure how the renovated apartments are but the older ones are awful and I would not recommend anyone to move in to those. With that said staff is very very accomadating and the issues that I have had have been resolved the day I put the maintence request in.

First off, when you walk in, it looks like a fancy hotel. It’s safe, clean, and very very nice. My dramatic post continues below... but in a good kind of way. So, in response to the dude who complained about the noise, get over it. To anyone reading this, Sue Ann and the team have been nothing but accommodating. In my opinion and what I’ve seen, (take it at face value) you can look around Ogden and you ain’t going to get the luxurious apartments that you will get here. I lived in a studio and it was great. The new construction is phenomenal. Also, noise is going to happen if there is construction. They are adding white cabinets and a lot of features that are beautiful. There are a lot of elderly people and families which makes this place feel like an inclusive community. I recommend coming here especially if you are a working professional. You are close to downtown and there are plenty of things to do in the junction area such as movies etc. I didn’t use my name due to privacy concerns, but I assure you that this place is legit. If I have a problem, they fix it. They treat me like family. Don’t listen to these people who had one bad experience and decided to be sour about it. Life happens, and nowhere is perfect. Anyway, come join our community and enjoy what Ogden has to offer. Have a good day and trust me when I say that this is definitely the five star apartments that you’ve been waiting for. This definitely ain’t a bad place to be.

This apartment is great. For the price unbeatable. I shopped around for a while and went to every similarly priced apartment complex in the area, and this was by far the best prices, best community, best social areas, and environment. It comes with microwave, washer and dryer(don't know about studios). The manager that helped me and my wife was amazing. She went way beyond what she had to and was extremely responsive to emails. I was juggling so many different things, and she made my juggling act so much easier. We had an issue with our hot water heater, made a maintenance request and the next day got a new hot water heater put in.
