The staff was amazing! I don’t know much about make up. But they made me feel so comfortable they helped me find everything that I needed. They also helped my husband find a moisturizer cream . He also is very appreciative because they were so patient with him. They also stayed 15 min past there closing time just to help us! we will most definitely come shopping here! I recommend this store to anyone.

Was treated so rudely I love Ulta but I will never go to this store again not 1 person asked if I needed help they asked people on the same isle as I was on if they needed help the little counter in the middle of the store as you walk in I walked up to look at some adorable lip gloss and the girl turned sideways and started fanning herself and actively ignoring me I usually shop ulta online but decided I was in town I would check out the store here never again the person at the checkout was rude barley said 2 words to me the entire transaction I had a rough start to my day I had no makeup on and my hair was in a bun I was on my way to the hair salon I had to take my grandson to the Dr. very early that morning so I got a shower and got dressed and left the house I had no idea that I would be judged by the staff and given the cold shoulder for my lack of time that morning I bought my 200$ of hair products and left and won't return I will drive to Farmington were they don't judge me if I have had a rough day and are always helpful thanks for nothing Riverdale store

Just got my hair done here after a failed attempt to cut it myself. I thought it was a lost cause. Amber proved me wrong. She was able to fix it up and my new do has restored my confidence. And she was able to squeeze me in to get it done which I was so grateful for.
