A decent burger, unremarkable fries, pretty good milkshake, and some good fried mushrooms, is too wide a spread or quality for a $20 per person tab (if you’re getting enough food for a meal.) The menu was pretty extensive and there’s a lot of options but everything is far too expensive for the quality of food that’s coming out. ($6 for a plate of fries? Plain fries? $8 for a small milkshake?) And I don’t know what it is about Salem fast food but literally nowhere can get us a complete order. We waited nearly 20 minutes for everything to get cooked (which is fine I understand it needs to be cooked after we order it. That’s just how fast food works) but after waiting that whole time we still came home with things we ordered for missing, and I wasn’t about to drive all the way back Would not recommend, we will not be going back. It wasn’t that busy and now I see why.

The shake was excellent! The other food was rather overpriced for what you got. For a large malt, small burger, and curly fry it was over $20. Just not the best value for your money, and didn't have the speed or flavor to make up for it.

We have came here frequently over the years. The food has always been fantastic. The ladys working are always pleasant. I feel like the cleanliness has slowly declined. We were the first people in the dining room today and there's straw wrappers and garbage on the floor. Seats look like they weren't wiped down. Our bench had salt all over it. Really wish they would renovate and focus on cleanliness. There's nothing worse then going in somewhere and its dirty.

Got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and ranch: The fries are virtually tasteless and mushy, not fresh. 99% sure the ranch is hidden valley, and doesn’t pair particularly well with the fries. The burger patty was devoid of salt, seasoning, or flavor. The bacon was paper thin. Portion size was pretty good, but based on flavor / quality I won’t be back.
