I have lived here for the past two years going on my third. I have had nothing but positive experiences all around. The office lady’s are all so friendly and helpful, the maintenance men Esteban and Karson are fast at responding to problems, and keep the property nice and clean. I am so happy to call this home.

Great communication for an easy move in process, maintenance came same day to fix the problems that were left from the other tenant before us. Plenty of parking, close to the freeway. Definitely a good place to live.

I have lived here for a year and have had absolutely no complaints. The grounds are always clean as well as the pool and common areas. The staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I have concerns. Hardly hear my neighbors and the community is very dog friendly. 10/10 would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

This has been the easiest move in ever! I am so impressed with service provided by the onsite management, who have responded quickly. The address is still not in most systems like usps and google but this will be resolved in next few months when systems update. Oh and the view is faultless!!
