Many of the washers and dryers don't work. There is no one on the premises to help with a refund. You have to fill out a slip and wait up to 2 weeks for a refund you may not get. The other Sandy's Coin Wash locations are better.

Drying clothes is a gamble. Most of the time the dryers don't heat up. You don't know until they are done though so you waste the money. There is usually trash all over inside the building, and there is what smells like sewer water outside. Word of advice... don't drop anything or it gets soaked in s**t water.

It's an alright place to do laundry. The folks are nice as well as their customers. They have regular washers at $2.25 and larger ones at $3.50 and extra large ones at $4.50. All the dryers are huge and that cost is .25 cents per roughly 10 minutes. It usually takes .75 cents to thoroughly dry. The facility itself can use updating but they keep it clean.

I wish I had an answer for you unfortunately I do not. I just know they check the machines and if they don't find anything wrong they will not issue a refund the only other thing I could suggest is be there when they close and ask them about it as they do lock that place up at night but unfortunately laundromat are notorious for not issuing refunds as they seem to think the machines never break down. I used to work for a laundromat in Bakersfield doing the closing position and I would get requests for refunds all of the time I would say 90% of them we're just people trying to get their money back as machines works perfectly that they reported. The remaining amount were actually problems with the machines or a circuit breaker had popped
It depends on which washing machine you use. I use a regular one and to wash and dry 1 load is usually $5.00.. That's for 60 min. dry..
