We stayed here multiple times as we had family living in the Logan area. Close to almost everything. Great place year round. Staff are always helpful, and rooms were very clean. Very kid friendly.

Would give this 4.5 stars if I could - would be perfect for solo travelers, but not the best for families due to the room design. The hotel is ideally located (safe neighborhood for jogging, lots of shops nearby) new construction, and clean. We had a mountain view room which was as promised. Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly and responsive too - we had multiple special requests due to our large family and she accommodated them cheerfully and promptly. The pool was clean and had tons of natural light. Breakfast area was also neat and continuously stocked. As alluded, the room design had some flaws that reduced our enjoyment. We reserved a two-queen-beds room. It was a very dark and narrow room (other Springfield Suites have also had this design) with heavy, mostly glass doors for (separate) toilet and showers - this meant our kids needed help to open and close them, and the doors let all the noise and light into the room while others tried to sleep. It’s a strange design choice that a lot of newer hotels are adopting. Obviously not this particular location’s management’s fault, but something to bear in mind if traveling with others.

My parents stayed here and my dad said that this was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in (and he’s had back issues for 30 years), so that’s a huge compliment!! The continental breakfast was fabulous, they loved the waffle maker! Friendly and accommodating staff with clean rooms.

First day we got there our room was still dirty. Hair all over the couch. Looked like a pet laid all over it. Second called down to get extra pillows. Front desk girl put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back and she sent me to voicemail. My husband went down to ask for pillows in person reciting what had happened on phone and all she did was complain how busy she was and that “she couldn’t handle it” He left and then 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door so she did bring them and apologized. However, the entire scenario was completely unprofessional. Third the second day we were suppose to stay, it was awful weather so we decided to head home after breakfast. We went to check out around 10am and the guy at the desk said we would just need to contact hotels.com to call the hotel and both parties would agree to credit us a night back since we booked through hotels.com. We talked to both separately hotels.com and hotel saying we would get a credit for a night back. Well got the email today after they spoke with the manager at spring hill suites and they will NOT credit us a night in fact charged us for a night we never used. So we will no longer be using this hotels.com, nor will our family that is from Logan when we come to visit three times a year be using this hotel that we have for the past decade. Horribly customer service from the beginning.
