Food has gone downhill and workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Pizza was very burned and breadsticks were crumbled into a big ball inside the bag they gave us.

Unpredictable. Some days they make the pizza well, and in a timely fashion, but most days they are slow and Sloppy. Their order tracker frequently lies about the orders progress (a number of times I've gotten the "order is ready" notification only to be told that it will actually be 5-15 more minutes, which sounds an awful lot like "we forgot your order so let us make it real quick" ). I understand that there are rush periods in fast food, but this has happened far too frequently and at far too many different times of the day to simply blame rush hour. Today I waited over 40 minutes to get the "order is ready" notification from the app (15 minutes after the estimated completion time) only to be told that it still wasn't ready. The employees were all respectful and decent to interact with.

The young man who took my order n payment was very pleasant, spoke clearly, made good eye contact and let me make another purchase that I had previously forgotten. Great service, speaker system good.

Go to the North Logan location, next to the Noodle place. Don't go to the South Logan/Providence location. North Logan was friendly, had extra most bestest available. Pizza was cooked great, crazy bread was good. Employees were friendly and my family had a good experience. Thank you
