Could not problem solve a simple order that was their mistake. Even the lady who appeared to be a manager was a tool. Left there without food and went to Spanish Fork Taco Bell. In and out in 3 minutes there no problems

Little disappointed, staff was friendly, but we got two nacho fries boxes and another nacho fry order and the three combined were enough to fit into one little bag they come in. Same with the nacho cheese, little cups they come in were not even filled half way. For a seasonal item that is widely loved and a big draw, disappointing.

Low quality even for bell. The lobby is always closed so the crew doesn’t have to answer to any customers about quality. Customer service even in the limited interaction you have in the forced drive through is sad. Employees act annoyed to have actual customers. Wait times are consistently long in the drive through, food is just thrown together, fountain drinks never taste good. If this Taco Bell wasn’t so close to the interstate it would be out of business by now. Do yourself a favor, if your craving is for taco bell, wait until you get to Spanish Fork or Provo.

So I’ve been having fine experiences with them until today. I ordered a crunch wrap meal. The crunch wrap was thinner than a quesadilla and my soda was gross (low syrup). The soda thing happens but I’m not sure how that thought this crunch wrap was ok to put out.
